Licensed Production Of Mechanized Supports MHP Belarus

Here’s the translation:

---

As a result of the collaboration between our company KG Construction Sp. z o.o. and the design firm KG Consulting Krzysztof Gregorek with the Belarusian MASCHIMPROM, a framework cooperation agreement and a series of licensing agreements were signed. Under these agreements, the following types of mechanized supports were designed:

  • MHP 0.8/13;
  • MHP 0.9/16;
  • MHP 14/22;
  • MHP 16/25.

Based on the technical conditions and mining-geological conditions prevailing in potassium salt mines, project and execution documentation for mechanized supports was developed. Prototypical sections were created in metal using hydraulic power and control systems produced in Poland.

Subsequently, these sections were tested in a laboratory in Opava, Czech Republic, to check their mechanical properties and resistance to impacts resulting from seismic hazards occurring in deep potassium salt mines, taking into account methane hazards.

The tested sections of the mechanized supports received a certification of conformity with the safety mark.

Based on the research results, execution documentation for the mechanical parts of the supports was prepared so that Maschimprom could independently become a producer of the aforementioned supports based on the signed licensing agreements. KG Construction Sp. z o.o. was the supplier of key components for the production of supports, such as hydraulic power systems, collapsible shields, and castings. At the same time, the process of equipping the newly built production hall of Maschimprom with welding robots and processing machines began, supplied by KG Consulting Krzysztof Gregorek.

From the moment production commenced in 2012 until today, hundreds of mechanized supports have been produced based on the provided and implemented production documentation and the knowledge and experience of the Polish and Belarusian engineering teams. Today, Maschimprom is a recognized quality supplier of mining equipment for the Belaruskali association.
